Stupid things I've done this week...And it's only Monday

Hello Blogisphere. It's good to be back. As you may have guessed from the title, today is Monday. And what a week it has been already. Let's look at the top 5 dumbest things I have done already this week.

5. Attempted to Play "America the Beautiful" on piano.

Now normally this would not be a stupid thing. Patriotic songs are good. America. However, it is a stupid thing when you decide you will play this very difficult song in front of a large audience when you have not played it for some years.

4.  I decided to ask my co-worker about her weekend

Really nice co-worker. She's the sweetest. However, I didn't want to hear about her weekend on the medicinal farm.

3. I sent a Facebook message to a guy I've only spoken to once.

I don't think this really requires an explanation.

2. While walking down the street, I tripped over absolutely nothing.

Again, I don't feel this requires an explanation. However, I will add that I was wearing a skirt when this happened.

1. I accidentally sent my current boss a "request for recommendation" form for a job I was applying for that is clearly not within my company.

Yeah. I don't know how this happened. I was applying for this position and then all the sudden BAM. Request sent. And I was left sitting on my chair with my mouth agape wondering how I could have been so ridiculous. Here's to hoping I don't get fired.
